User's Manual:

1,Make sure the positive and the negative of circuit output is the same to batteries, or destroy the charger and batteries.

2,Make sure the charger voltage is same with the battery voltage of electric scooter. 

3,For against deflagration, the charger must be far from the surface of inflammable and explosive objects,like sofa,bed,carpet and so on.And the charger was let in place which get wind easily when charging.

4,For avoid get an electric shock,please don't open it and don't use it where damp and wet and prevent lighting.

5,Don't carry it in bicycle basket against shake the charger parts broken.

6,Don't open it at will,or the charger don't repaired.

The charger is used for electric scooter.
